Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by ProTenancy & Builders Clean Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 16720492. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide professional cleaning and maintenance services including, but not limited to:

• End of tenancy cleaning
• Office and commercial cleaning
• After-builders cleaning
• Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
• Site clearances, facility management and property maintenance

3. Bookings & Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change following a site inspection or upon discovery of additional work. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and, where required, any deposit has been received.

4. Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. For larger contracts, staged payments may be required. We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges in accordance with applicable legislation.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require reasonable notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booking. Notice of at least 48 hours is appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property and working areas
• Provide access to water and electricity where required
• Inform us of any hazards or fragile items before work commences
• Secure or remove any valuables prior to our arrival

7. Insurance & Liability

We hold public liability insurance for the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused to items that should have been removed or secured by the client. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Complaints & Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange for remedial work to be carried out at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property & Website Use

The content of our website, including text, images and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent. You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
